DevBranch partnered with Wall Street Oasis (WSO), a major online finance community, to lead a large-scale migration from legacy Drupal versions to a modern Drupal 10 architecture. The site included over 600,000 users, 6 million private message threads, 2 million comments, and 50GB of data. All of this required careful handling with minimal downtime. The result? A faster, more scalable, and future-ready platform that preserved WSO’s extensive functionality. The team migrated 93 custom modules, rewrote over 80,000 lines of code, and managed edge cases across 150 contrib modules. With Drupal 10 and improved caching, the site now supports more than 60,000 daily users while delivering faster performance and reduced server load.
