By Using This Service, You Agree to These Terms

tinyfi.sh provides SSH tunneling as a technical utility. We act as a neutral technical conduit.

1. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content transmitted through your tunnels
• Compliance with all applicable laws
• Any damage or liability arising from your use
• Ensuring you have rights to share your content

2. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden:

• Illegal content under any jurisdiction
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Copyright/trademark infringement
• Adult content, gambling, illicit materials
• Activities violating third-party rights

NO WARRANTIES:

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or accuracy of data

LIMITED LIABILITY:

• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are NOT responsible for user content
• Total liability capped at $10 USD
• We have NO LIABILITY for legal issues from user content

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless tinyfi.sh from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any laws
• Content you transmit

6. Rate Limits & Resource Usage

Current Limits (per IP):

• SSH: 5 new connections/min, 10 concurrent
• HTTP/HTTPS: 100 new connections/min, 50 concurrent
• Idle timeout: 7 days
• Port range: 10000-65535 only

We may throttle or ban excessive usage without notice.

7. Abuse & Takedown

Report Abuse: info@tinyfish.ai

We respond to:

• Valid DMCA copyright notices
• Court orders
• Abuse reports with evidence

We will take down content when legally required, but we are not liable for user content.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue service at any time
• Change these terms without notice
• Refuse service to anyone
• Terminate accounts for violations
• No guarantee of uptime or availability

9. Privacy

• Minimal logging (IP, timestamps) for abuse prevention
• We do NOT inspect tunnel content
• Logs retained for security/abuse investigation
• Data shared when legally required

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• Governed by applicable law
• Age requirement: 18+ years
• If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
