He has proven success in numerous roles in operations and digital transformation management, strategic planning, and risk management. He has worked in the food manufacturing, foodservice, logistics, and professional services industries. 

At Hershey, he is responsible for leading transformation projects across commercial, supply chain, and IS functions that will deliver critical business capabilities that accelerate the strategic agenda. Will’s team has delivered greater than $300M in productivity in the last 2 years.
