Prepare & send your device
To send your device for repair:
- Create a repair order & review repair cost:
- Check the details for your repair and the estimated repair cost.
- Select Confirm purchase.
- Choose your delivery packaging: You can ship out your device with your own packaging or a prepaid packaging.
- Confirm purchase, pack & send your device: Carefully pack your device and send it for repair with the shipping labels emailed to you.
