It is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will complement the Government's vision to transform the broader TRX precinct into a world-class business and financial hub. This landmark, mixed-use development will encompass a new international financial district underpinned by a world-class residential, retail, leisure and cultural offering.

    The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre retail-led mixed use development that will be delivered by a Joint Venture between Lendlease (60%) and TRX City (40%) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance. The project comprises a luxury hotel, six residential towers and a Lendlease large scale retail destination connected to the TRX Park and dedicated Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) station. The project will be delivered through Lendlease's integrated business model, which will be leveraged throughout the course of delivery, allowing us to respond to the needs of all stakeholders through the entire property value chain.

    TRX is supported by excellent infrastructure and connectivity, including KL's largest MRT station, access to the MEX Highway, SMART Tunnel and other primary arteries of KL such as Jalan Tun Razak. The site is also in close proximity to the future KL/Singapore High Speed Rail terminus, which will be located in Bandar Malaysia.

  • Changi Airport Terminal 1 Upgrading

    Thirty-eight months, 1.5 million man-hours, S$500 million – these are some of the figures associated with the biggest upgrading project undertaken at Changi airport in recent years. The upgrading works included the complete replacement of the building envelope, and the addition of a massive roof skylight. The project was made very complex in terms of planning and phasing due to the severe operational constraints imposed by the live operations within and without the airport.

The development consists of about 15 separate buildings as well as a massive common basement level. The façade works included very large areas of window walls, curtain walls, metal cladding, architectural precast concrete, stone cladding and other façade types.

    Six Battery Road, formerly the Standard Chartered Bank Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. It is a class-A office building, and houses offices of several multi-national companies. I was involved in the recladding to the tower, as well as the modifications to the podium, which included the addition of glass walls, backlit onyx walls, and skylights.
