The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre retail-led mixed use development that will be delivered by a Joint Venture between Lendlease (60%) and TRX City (40%) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance. The project comprises a luxury hotel, six residential towers and a Lendlease large scale retail destination connected to the TRX Park and dedicated Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) station. The project will be delivered through Lendlease's integrated business model, which will be leveraged throughout the course of delivery, allowing us to respond to the needs of all stakeholders through the entire property value chain.

The renovation works included the addition of panoramic glazed curtain wall, large point-fixed skylight, as well as glazed internal shopfronts. One of the key design criteria involved the acoustic performance of the façade, given the nature of the venue.

Parkroyal on Pickering is a 367-room, 5-star hotel located in the heart of Singapore. Its stunning design has earned the development countless awards. The façade works largely contributed to its success, and include unitised curtain walls, GFRC cladding, glass walls, glazed canopies and more.

At the time of its completion, World Trade Centre 2 set a new benchmark for Grade A office buildings in Jakarta. Developed by Jakarta Land and designed by Aedas, the façade of the building include unitised curtain walls, fin-supported glass walls and a large glazed entrance canopy.

Developed by SC Global and design by SCDA Architects, this luxury condominium development located a stone's throw from Orchard Road set the record for the highest sale price of any apartment development in Singapore. The façade works included single- and double-volume unitised curtain walls, metal sunshades and window walls.

Reflections at Keppel Bay in Singapore is a luxury waterfront residential complex on approx 84,000 m² of land with 750m of shoreline. The complex has 1129 units. The complex was designed by Daniel Libeskind, who also created the masterplan for the World Trade Center Memorial. The six glass towers afford panorama views of Mount Faber and Sentosa.

Thirty-eight months, 1.5 million man-hours, S$500 million – these are some of the figures associated with the biggest upgrading project undertaken at Changi airport in recent years. The upgrading works included the complete replacement of the building envelope, and the addition of a massive roof skylight. The project was made very complex in terms of planning and phasing due to the severe operational constraints imposed by the live operations within and without the airport.

Resorts World Sentosa is an integrated resort on the island of Sentosa, off the southern coast of Singapore. It comprises of 7 hotels, the Universal Studios Singapore theme park, and many additional facilities. Its total construction cost was approximately USD5 billion.

Located at the heart of trendy Downtown Dubai, overlooking the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and attached to The Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping and entertainment destinations in the world, the 244-room The Address Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai is always in vogue. The façade works included curtain walls, metal cladding, window walls, GFRC cladding and more.

Built in the early 1930s, the 2-storey Tan Chin Tuan Mansion stands tall as an outstanding conservation effort and modern day engineering marvel. Sitting in the middle of a small triangular piece of prime real estate, it now faces the future as a beautifully restored mansion with a startling new 20-storey residential tower cantilevered over it.

With a prime location at the heart of University Town™ (UTown®), Education Resource Centre (ERC) consists of a 5-storey facility with curving, glazed lines framed by clean lines of metal and concrete.

This residential development comprises of 28 towers, about 27 storeys each. The façade works comprise of extensive areas of pre-finished profiled architectural precast panels, as well as glazed openings.

This tertiary education campus was designed by Maki and Associates, and DP Architects, and was built on a budget of about S$490m. The development consists of about 15 separate buildings as well as a massive common basement level. The façade works included very large areas of window walls, curtain walls, metal cladding, architectural precast concrete, stone cladding and other façade types.

Six Battery Road, formerly the Standard Chartered Bank Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. It is a class-A office building, and houses offices of several multi-national companies. I was involved in the recladding to the tower, as well as the modifications to the podium, which included the addition of glass walls, backlit onyx walls, and skylights.

Designed by James Adams Design and DP Architects, this unique art deco building feels like a timeless piece of the Singapore skyline. Featuring elaborate stone cladding on unitised curtain wall and steel strongback frames, as well as bronze grilles and Oscar statues, it is fondly called Gotham City by the public.
