Members of SHEIN’s Supply Chain Stewardship, Public Affairs, Legal teams participated in the 2026 OECD - OCDE Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment and Footwear Sector. It was SHEIN's third year attending the Forum, and the rich conversations at this year's edition – from both the conference sessions and sideline meetings - provided us with valuable insights as we continue efforts to strengthen our due diligence and risk management programs. Across issues such as tackling audit fatigue, amplifying worker voice, and involving workers in conversations on how climate change and other disruptions impact them, there was much food for thought on how to build more resilient and responsible supply chains. This year, SHEIN also had the privilege of speaking on a side session organised by Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), alongside representatives from ALGI and Medline. We shared our approach to governing SHEIN's digitally enabled supply chain, and shared findings from an independent wage assessment and worker survey that WRAP conducted for us in 2025. The study found strong baseline compliance with minimum wage and overtime premium requirements, and significantly, that over 95% of workers earned above the hourly living wage benchmark calculated. At the same time, workers’ survey responses yielded important nuances on their perception of wage adequacy, working hours and other issues, that will inform how SHEIN approaches future studies as we continue to increase our engagement of workers in our supply chain. We look forward to sharing more detailed findings from the study in upcoming reports and disclosures. More on the side session can be found in WRAP's summary here: https://lnkd.in/eSsUZs5J.

Through our Supplier Community Empowerment Program (SCEP), SHEIN has continued to support suppliers in upgrading and modernising their facilities, with more than 200 factories renovated since the start of the programme in 2023, benefiting approximately 33,600 workers. In 2025 alone, around 300 vocational and technical training sessions were conducted through our Centre of Innovation for Garment Manufacturing (CIGM), reaching more than 13,000 participants. To date, the CIGM has also developed more than 180 production tools designed to support more efficient and innovative garment manufacturing processes. In 2025, over 37,000 workers were able to access financial assistance through SHEIN’s Spotlight programme. SHEIN also provided support to suppliers to offer free childcare services to suppliers’ workers, with a total of 30 childcare centres in operation by the end of 2025, collectively serving more than 1,000 children. Together, these efforts are aimed at helping to build a supplier ecosystem that is better equipped to adapt, innovate and respond to the evolving demands of modern manufacturing. We’ve been continuing to strengthen standards-aligned environmental, safety, and workplace management practices across SHEIN-operated facilities, as part of the operational focus areas within our evoluSHEIN sustainability framework. Our teams have been implementing measures such as: • Expanding Zero Waste to Landfill Management System certification to 15 SHEIN-managed facilities in China, with assessments done by TÜV Rheinland • Six logistics facilities achieving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications following external audits by SGS • Expanding Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) assessments to 29 SHEIN-operated sites globally using the WASH4WORK framework Together, these efforts contribute to more structured and standards-aligned management of waste, environmental performance, safety, and workplace hygiene across SHEIN-operated locations, supported by recognised certification and assessment frameworks. For the third time, Lovefund powered by SHEIN supported local non-profit initiatives across Germany, following a clear participatory approach: the decision was placed in the hands of community. Through a nationwide online vote, more than 2,500 SHEIN customers and listeners from the Radio ENERGY (Germany) network took part and decided which projects would receive funding. In total, six organizations were awarded EUR 15,000 each to continue their valuable work at a local level. Lovefund stands for engagement, participation, and meaningful local impact. It demonstrates how companies and communities can jointly take responsibility and actively support social engagement. This is important to SHEIN: empowering communities to create lasting change. #SHEIN #SHEINCares #Germany #GivingBack #SocialImpact

We loved hosting the Kozminski Logistics Club at our Lower Silesia hub this month. It was an incredible day filled with deep insights into SHEIN’s agile business model, featuring a hands-on look at our autonomous warehouse robotics and inspiring career discussions with our Poland Warehouse Director, Marcin Mężyk. At SHEIN, we are driven by innovation and remain committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all. Sharing that vision with students who are just as passionate about supply chain excellence is what fuels our team every day. Good luck to all the students—keep pushing the boundaries and be the future! #SHEIN #Poland #Logistics #BetheFuture #LifeAtSHEIN
