The Apocalypse has a KPI. First look at our adaptation of the award-winning, genre-mashing graphic / prose novel from the minds of Wayne Ree and Benjamin Chee, published by Difference Engine and supported by the National Arts Council. The first draft of the script for THE VIOLINIST was finished in 2017. It would go through many more drafts and in 2018, the project was first presented at the Hong Kong Film Market. It later took part at Annecy MIFA Pitches, Tokyo Gap-financing Market and was presented at the Cannes Film Market, MIA in Rome and Málaga Film Festival Co-production Event. All these international platforms were important in helping to find partners, financing, coproducers and sales interest. It's a really tough and long road! This year, we will bring the film (now finally in production and with a delivery date) to many of the same markets and some new ones. 🎻 #indiefilmmaking

We made this short film in 2022 with the support of Nexus and Ministry of Defence of Singapore to commemorate 80 years since the Fall Of Singapore. As we once again mark #TotalDefenceDay here's a reminder to never take peace for granted and there truly is a part for everyone.🇸🇬 📜 Hong Lim Complex stands at a site that was at the epicentre of a large condoned area where the Sook Ching inspections took place. Up to 50,000 Chinese were summarily executed in a 2-week period.
