Mental wellness fuels productivity, creativity, and overall happiness. With this in mind, we recently partnered with TOUCH Mental Wellness to bring our employees out for an enriching Forest Bathing session—a guided meditation and mindfulness practice set in the serene and tranquil surroundings of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. During the session, participants learned mindful body scan techniques and slowed down to immerse themselves in nature, releasing tension and reconnecting with their inner selves. Our teams recently took part in a thrilling Amazing Race challenge, specially organised by TOUCH Community Services — all set against the scenic backdrop of Gardens by the Bay! Racing against the clock, our colleagues cracked mind-bending riddles and hunted down clues scattered throughout the iconic gardens.
