  • Identifying talent potential requires more than intuition. Organisations need a structured way to evaluate capability, readiness, and future leadership potential. As part of our Talent Potential initiative, we’ve developed a Talent Potential Scorecard to help leaders start the process. The scorecard guides you through a series of questions to consider how your organisation perform against critical talent identification and succession planning elements. There are huge shifts upon us in the Talent Landscape, not the least being AI. Understanding the impact of AI on our talent strategy is crucial. In parallel, one of the biggest talent shifts happening right now is demographic.   With an aging population and baby boomers entering retirement over the next few years, many organisations are now, or soon will be, needing to replace some of their most experienced leaders.    Identifying leadership potential early and building strong succession pipelines is critical for organisations to deliver their strategy now and in the next 5-10 years.    If you'd like to explore this topic further, we’ve created a Talent Potential initiative with some practical resources to help leaders get started.    Watch the full video here 👉  https://lnkd.in/dPksRmie

  • We’ve been working with William Grant & Sons (WG&S) to digitalise their sales academy to drive consistent and impactful sales practices across multiple markets worldwide. The project combines digital learning content, including e-learning, 2D animation, VR and a gamified and on-demand mobile-friendly learning experience designed to engage employees anytime, anywhere. Here’s a sneak peek of some of the 2D animation we’ve designed. This has been an extraordinary project, and we will share more with you as WG&S launches across various markets throughout 2026!

  • March is #BCorpMonth, and one of the campaign’s key messages is about continuous improvement. What can we do better? How can we improve our current practices and systems to have a better social, economic, and environmental impact? We became B Corp™ Certified in 2024, and since then, we’ve been rethinking our own internal practices, but also working with a few clients to shift mindsets and behaviours so sustainability is embedded into day-to-day work. #BCorp #BCorpMonth B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand #BusinessForGood Added Insight

Something from yesterday's Global Sentiment Survey 'Down Under' webinar that jumped out ... Australian L&D professionals aren't just asking "how do we show value?" They're asking "where do I fit?" That personal, identity-level anxiety sits alongside the organisational challenges, and it's distinct from what the data suggests we're seeing in New Zealand, where the focus is more outward: securing leadership buy-in, navigating fiscal constraint. This insight comes from the free-text responses to Donald H Taylor's annual L&D Global Sentiment Survey. This year, nearly 3,800 L&D professionals across 105 countries responded to the question "What is your biggest L&D challenge in 2026?" This includes 159 from Australia and 52 from New Zealand. A small yet potentially meaningful sample as a starting point from our part of the world. The patterns that emerged are worth sitting with. I've shared the Australia and New Zealand challenge comparison from the webinar in the image below. Have a look and let me know what you think: does your experience match what the data is showing? • With no fixed workstation, constant interruptions, and limited access to company devices, frontline employees need training that fits into this reality. They can’t just step away for 30–60 minutes to complete a course. That’s why daily microlearning, spaced repetition, and quick knowledge checks in the flow of work outperform traditional ‘one-and-done’ training. Below are 8 methods that actually work for frontline employees. For a deeper dive and practical examples, read the full article from our partner Axonify > https://lnkd.in/g4UsGci8
