Global SAP migration: Mission accomplished! 🚀 Many companies delay their SAP S/4HANA transformations due to complex systems and tight budgets. We beat the odds and finished right on schedule.   As of the 2025/26 year-end, CLAAS operates entirely on the new system. Today, about 12,000 employees across 35 global locations work with S/4HANA daily.   But how does a massive IT transformation succeed in practice when so many struggle? We are currently testing practical approaches and piloting many use cases.    A current highlight from our After Sales department: Our integrated Parts Recognition App can now identify over 90,000 spare parts instantly by matching the user's captured photo against real parts images – and, in the future, 3D CAD rendered images. This means: Parts identification is only a matter of less than a second. Innovation is hitting the roof in Omaha! 🏗️🌾We celebrated a major milestone at our Omaha campus with a traditional German topping out ceremony.   To mark the completion of the roof installation on our new 44,800-square-foot Research and Development Center, CLAAS employees, architects, and the construction team gathered to honor the project's rapid progress. It's a progress made possible thanks to the great collaboration with designer Slate Architecture and Nebraska-based builder Ironhide Construction.   In keeping with the topping-out tradition, the management team and construction partners hammered the final nails into a ceremonial wooden beam, while a decorated tree was hoisted atop the building to symbolize good fortune for the facility's future.   Remaining on track for completion by the end of 2026, the expanded R&D Center is set to become a central engine for innovation. While testing will continue across farms throughout North America under real-world conditions, the facility will be where engineers analyze data, evaluate performance and advance machine development for future CLAAS equipment.   #CLAAS #Agriculture #Farming #Engineering #Innovation

A venue that fits like a glove: Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen visits CLAAS in Omaha for legislative signing ceremony. ✍️⚖️   The Governor joined us at our Omaha headquarters to sign two pivotal economic bills into law: LB 847, which focuses on expanding apprenticeship opportunities statewide and LB 1165. The latter, also known as “Grow the Good Life Act”, incentivizes hiring and long-term business investment through tax credits.   There couldn’t have been a better place than CLAAS North America for the signing. Why? 🤔   Because our Omaha facility is a proud champion of workforce development with a robust dual education apprenticeship program that combines hands-on technical training with theoretical schooling. LB 847 is specifically designed to support and replicate similar apprenticeship opportunities throughout the state.   Hosting the Governor and state leaders was a great honor. Put a tree on it! 🌳 The new CLAAS Centrum Anhalt is officially taking shape with the shell construction complete! 🏗️ Last week, we proudly celebrated the topping-out ceremony in Bitterfeld-Wolfen for the CLAAS Centrum Anhalt. This rapid, positive construction progress is the direct result of an outstanding and trusting partnership between CLAAS, our general contractor BREMER Ost GmbH, and the client family. 🤝 A special highlight of the celebration which also featured a site tour was BREMER presenting a traditional topping out tree as a wonderful symbol of shared growth and the site’s future.🌱 With the structural framework now finished, all eyes are on the final stretch. We are right on schedule, with completion expected by the end of this calendar year! 🗓️ Soon, this site will be a state-of-the-art hub among others featuring a used machinery center, a regional spare parts warehouse, and a CLAAS Academy to better serve our agricultural community. 🚜🌾 #CLAAS #Agriculture #Farming #Engineering #Innovation

Snow doubt about it: When conditions get extreme, CLAAS tractors keep on moving. 🚜❄️   Our importer Norwegian Agro Machinery has tested CLAAS tractors at three locations under the toughest conditions imaginable.    Three events, one mission: proving what CLAAS machines can do in deep snow and icy temperatures down to 20 degrees Celsius below zero. 🌡️🧊   In the spotlight, the new ARION 570 and the bestseller ARION 660, both fully equipped for Nordic winter use.     The event was a great success. Last weekend Potsdam became a hotspot for digital innovation: The renowned hackathon HackHPI took place, bringing together more than 100 creative minds from different universities all across Europe. This year, CLAAS made a significant impact with its challenge: "Autonomy in the Fields - Life Saving Computer Vision." The challenge focused on developing cutting-edge AI models for person detection in difficult terrain, aiming to enhance the safety of autonomous agricultural machinery. Thanks to our colleagues Timo Korthals and Jannik Redenius, who submitted the challenge and provided the participating teams with expert mentorship. Congratulations to the winning team of our CLAAS Challenge: traKtoros 🏆🚀And to all participants of HackHPI: You made a great job and we are absolutely enthusiastic about your commitment and your skills. A successful showcase at one of Latin America's most important agricultural exhibitions. 🚜   Expoagro 2026 last month was a valuable opportunity for CLAAS to engage with the vibrant farming community in Argentina.   Our booth featured a comprehensive portfolio of numerous machines, including the globally launched JAGUAR 1000 and the LEXION 8800 with the new MAN engines and the 735mm TERRA TRAC system. Other stars in the lineup were, for example, the new CONVIO FLEX headers, which were recently introduced in Argentina.   Beyond the technology, the event was an excellent platform for our sales and service teams to connect with customers. We were pleased to finalize several machine sales during the show, welcoming new clients to the CLAAS family. 🤝   Thank you to our dedicated team and to all the visitors who stopped by.
