In case after update if you got display related issue:

Today, I want to bring attention to a serious issue affecting many of us. There are increasing cases where software updates are leading to display problems like green lines on screens.

It appears that the hardware of these devices is not capable of handling such major software updates, which is resulting in these display issues.

This is not just an isolated incident. it’s becoming a pattern. And as responsible consumers, we must raise our voice.

If you are facing this issue:

- Do not rush to pay for repairs caused by software updates.
- First, escalate your case to servicehead.in@samsung.com
- If your issue is still not resolved free of cost, file a complaint in the consumer forum.

Documents required to file a complaint:

- Job sheet from service center.
- Phone purchase bill/invoice.
- Clear photo of the phone showing the display issue.
- Email copies / telephonic conversation recordings.

If you have experienced poor service from Samsung, you can share the details through the Samsung Members app. If you are facing inconveniences at a service center, explain the situation clearly to the Samsung team instead of just blaming them.(samsung)

The service experience was extremely disappointing. The support team showed little interest in actually resolving the issue and instead kept redirecting me in circles. Responses were delayed, vague, and often unhelpful. It felt like customer concerns were not taken seriously at all.

The service center’s approach seemed more focused on extracting money than providing genuine assistance. Even for minor issues, unnecessary repairs were suggested with inflated costs. Transparency was completely lacking, and explanations given were unclear and inconsistent.

Customer support was rigid and uncooperative. Instead of listening carefully, they followed scripted responses that did not address the actual problem. Escalation options were either ineffective or ignored, leaving no proper resolution path.

The overall experience felt like a complete waste of time and money. There was no accountability for delays or poor handling. Promised timelines were not met, and updates were rarely provided unless repeatedly chased.

The pricing at the service center appeared unreasonable and unjustified. Basic diagnostics led to exaggerated repair estimates, making it seem like customers are being overcharged without proper justification. Trust in the service process is seriously undermined.

Professionalism was clearly lacking. Staff behavior was indifferent, and communication was poor. Instead of offering reassurance or clarity, the interaction left more frustration and confusion.

After-sales support did not meet even basic expectations. Once the product was sold, the level of care dropped significantly. The experience suggests a system that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

Overall, the service and support experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The lack of transparency, high costs, and poor communication create a very negative impression that discourages any future engagement.

Dear Samsung Management,
a loyal Samsung ecosystem user (Mobiles, Buds2, Book3). I am requesting an official, corporate-run service center near my location (Pin Code: 524413).Currently, the nearest authorized center is over 90 km away. I recently made this 180km round-trip for a Buds2 issue, only to be denied service because I didn't bring the original cardboard box.This unreasonable demand and extreme distance are causing huge frustration for many local Samsung users. Please open an accessible, corporate-operated center in our area so we can receive reliable support without these hurdles.

If they can toss out their working messages app, there's no saying what they will do with other native apps. It's not like their substitute messenger is any good. If anything, Google messages is garbage. It's an ad peddling software that gets access to critical information like OTP etc. Imagine you are making a purchase and before the otp arrives, you are forced to watch an ad without any option to skip. This is gonna be a nightmare.
