Feature Request for Improved Gaming Experience in Samsung Gaming Hub

I would like to suggest a few features that could significantly enhance the gaming experience on Samsung devices, especially for users who play shooting games such as BGMI and PUBG.

Custom Volume Button Controls in Landscape Mode
While playing games in landscape orientation, it would be extremely helpful if users could customize the volume buttons for in-game actions. For example:

Volume Up button → Firing
Volume Down button → Reloading

Alternatively, Samsung could provide a dedicated setting within Gaming Hub to allow users to map hardware buttons according to their preferences. This would improve control, responsiveness, and overall gameplay.

Additionally, if a user still wants to adjust the volume while gaming, they can do so easily through modern headphones (which have built-in controls) or via the Gaming Hub side panel, which is easily accessible during gameplay. This ensures that volume functionality is not lost while using custom button mapping.

Integrated Screen Recording Feature
Adding a built-in screen recording option within Gaming Hub (and improving it at the system level as well) would be highly beneficial. Gamers often want to record gameplay highlights, and having a smooth, optimized recorder would enhance the experience.

These features would make Samsung devices more competitive and appealing to mobile gamers by offering better control and convenience.

Hello. I just got a Galaxy S26 Ultra with One UI 8.5. I have set up the Gaming Hub as well as Game Booster. But while playing a game the Game Booster icon it does not appear on the navigation bar or Status bar. If people can guide me on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Don't you think that Samsung forgot to include an FPS meter, temperature meter, and a simple performance mode for enhanced gaming, as well as a network speed meter (not as important)? Other devices have these features, but we have to download third-party apps to see this information. It'd be better if they bring these things in ONE UI 9.0 version.

Gaming Hub update is frustrating

Hi everyone,

After the recent Samsung Gaming Hub update, the experience has become really frustrating for me, and I think many of you might be facing the same issue.

Problems after the update:

●Gaming Hub is now filled with ads and promotional banners

●All installed games are not shown together in one place

●Finding downloaded games has become confusing

●The app feels more like a promotion/discovery page than a game hub

Earlier, Gaming Hub was simple and useful. Now the clutter and ads make it hard to just open and play games.

👉 Request to everyone:

If you are also facing this issue, please report it through Samsung Members: Samsung Members → Support → Feedback → App → Gaming Hub

The more users report this, the higher the chance Samsung will:

●Reduce ads

●Add a proper “All Installed Games” section

●Improve organization and usability

Let’s raise this together so Samsung notices and fixes it.
