a loyal Samsung ecosystem user (Mobiles, Buds2, Book3). I am requesting an official, corporate-run service center near my location (Pin Code: 524413).Currently, the nearest authorized center is over 90 km away. I recently made this 180km round-trip for a Buds2 issue, only to be denied service because I didn't bring the original cardboard box.This unreasonable demand and extreme distance are causing huge frustration for many local Samsung users. Please open an accessible, corporate-operated center in our area so we can receive reliable support without these hurdles.
