Dex not working in s26 ultra, one ui 8.5

I tried a hdmi to c converter to use dex, not working in my s26 ultra

tried the same converter in an s22 ultra, that device's dex worked

what can I do? is it software issue?

i wanted to connect to an external monitor, which doesn't support Bluetooth

Is it samsung?Is it just a monitor or tv?

it's a tv monitor

could it be software or dex version issue, i have now tested with three devices s22 ultra s23 ultra and s24, three of them worked
