Here's how to register your product:
1. Click on "my product list" and then select "register my product".
2. Enter your product's serial number to verify it.
3. Add your invoice date and upload a copy of your invoice (this is optional).
4. Click "submit" to view your warranty details in the "My Product List" section.
Note: You will need to log in using your Samsung account to complete the registration.

To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
