Dear Samsung, make fonts and themes a free service in Samsung themes app.
Until, MI make these options free to use they're able to sustain in mobile market, when they introduced payment to use themes services, they started collapsed their market share. Who are using MI devices earlier went to oppo and vivo. This is not only my suggestion.
Go and take a survey. Indian market is still middle class. Hi fi people don't even know about customization and decorate their mobile phone.
Please do not restrict samsung mobile developers/users on their development.
It will ultimately benefits Samsung only instead of user. Moderate security can be permitted with conditional approval.
Themes services on Samsung is looks like outdated.
- charging for a font or a basic icon pack feels restrictive, especially when Android’s whole "DNA" is about open customization.
- While Google moved toward Material You (dynamic colors based on your wallpaper), many Samsung themes still use hardcoded colors that don't adapt, making the phone feel less "smart."
- It’s often flooded with low-effort designs, making it hard to find those clean, professional setups that actually complement a high-end device.
Unable to use themes fonts.
Of course, you have provided Good lock customization app but which has very much problems.
- you can’t easily "bundle" a custom font, a specific icon pack, and a UI color scheme into one master profile. If you change one thing, it often breaks or resets another.
- Samsung keeps the Settings menu and Notification shade backgrounds strictly tied to their system "Night Mode" or "Light Mode" logic. Even with Good Lock, you can't truly skin the deep UI layers (like making the settings background a specific shade or adding a texture/image) without a rooted device or a third-party overlay manager.
- Good Lock exists because Samsung wants to keep the "main" One UI stable for the average user, so they push the "experimental" stuff into a separate app. But that results in a disjointed experience where the left hand doesn't always talk to the right hand.
Only 1 free font in entire store..... oho shameful.
You are concentrating on S pen only, I think.
Take proper survey and do update outdated system.
