A day of giving back in Mallorca! 🌱💙 A group of cherished TUI Musement colleagues rolled up their sleeves at the TUI Care Foundation's TUI #Forest #Mallorca to join our reforestation efforts during their ‘Care for the World Days‘. During the volunteering day, participants enjoyed a scenic hike through the beautiful Peninsula de Llevant Natural Park, learnt about the area’s unique history and joined hands-on tree planting activities at our TUI Forest Mallorca project, contributing to a greener future for the island. Together, the dedicated volunteers planted 235 new trees. 🌳✨ A huge thank you to everyone who joined the tree planting day and helped restore local biodiversity on the beautiful island of Mallorca. 🌞

✈️ Kuusamo takes to the skies! This weekend, we celebrated a special moment: one of our new Boeing 737‑8 aircraft was officially named “Kuusamo” — right on a snowy day at Kuusamo Airport, together with local partners and even two curious reindeer. 🦌 Finland remains one of TUI’s most loved winter destinations, and this season we’re flying over 60,000 guests to Northern Finland from the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium. “Kuusamo” is now our fourth aircraft named after a Northern Finnish destination — a great symbol of our strong partnerships and the growing popularity of Lapland. Each named aircraft becomes a flying ambassador for the region and for the connections we build together. Thanks to everyone who made this moment possible. 👏🏼 Ruka-Kuusamo

𝙒𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 ✨ From a rep in Ibiza in 1990 to Managing Director of Service today. And one constant: Putting the customer first.   In our first internal Customer Connect session of 2026, Ian Chapman opened his diary and took us through the moments that shaped his leadership — from frontline lessons to leading teams through complex situations, always guided by facts, teamwork and the safety of customers and colleagues. What stood out wasn’t just the milestones, but the mindset: 👉 stay close to the customer, stay curious, and keep learning. 👈   Ian reflected on how early innovations like iPads for reps transformed daily service — and how AI now frees our teams to focus on the conversations that matter most. “I travel as a TUI customer, I think as a TUI customer, and I have the privilege of influencing our service by constantly looking at ways to stay ahead in the service arena…”    His perspective reminds us that our strength lies in people and technology together. 🎉 Introducing the TUI Forest Colombia 🌳   In the mountains of Antioquia lies Urrao, one of the last strongholds of the high Andean Forest and home to rare Polylepis trees. Land degradation is putting this fragile ecosystem, and local livelihoods, at risk.   Together with Global Forest Generation, Asociación Ecosistemas Andinos - ECOAN and EcoTropics Inc, the TUI Care Foundation has launched TUI Forest Colombia: Over three years, the project will restore 112 hectares by planting 123,000 native trees and combining reforestation with agroforestry. By integrating trees with coffee, cacao and vanilla farming, the project protects water, improves soil and supports wildlife, including endangered species like the spectacled bear, jaguar, cougar and ocelot. 🤝   A new 30,000-tree nursery will act as a production hub and learning centre, while 150 families benefit through jobs, training in sustainable farming and nature-based tourism opportunities. 🌿   This project is launched as part of the TUI Care Foundation's "Forest February", a month of activities dedicated to reforestation. 🏆 A big recognition: TUI fly was named "World's Leading Charter Airline" at the 2025 World Travel Awards – one of the most prestigious international honours in the industry. The award recognises airlines that set standards in terms of reliability, service, and operational strength and the award ceremony took place in December at Exhibition World Bahrain. Now, the trophy has arrived – a visible sign of the continuous quality work of our teams. For all our colleagues in the cockpit, cabin, engineering, operations, planning, ground handling, customer service and all support teams: This award is a shared success.
