Seamless experience of exploring policy details. Updation of bank account, mobile number, email id was user friendly. As compared to previous app ( LIC Digital) it has no flaw still now. Only thing to look at is in adhaar verification page when I clicked on the consent checkbox without entering adhaar number it does not say any error. Even after entering the adhaar same. So we have to first enter adhaar number, then click consent then it works. Otherwise everything looks fine.

Pathetic app. It keeps spinning on almost every action, even though I have a fast Wi-Fi connection. The app is extremely slow and often gets stuck. When I tried to update my Aadhaar, after entering the OTP, the app got stuck on a white screen saying, "Please wait, processing..." I waited for more than 30 minutes, but nothing happened. I tried the process twice with the same result. I'm uninstalling this app because it's simply unusable.

Very disappointing experience with this app. The app is extremely unstable, and there is no proper or reliable customer support when you face an issue. I am unable to pay the premium for more than one policy—if another policy is due, the app doesn’t allow the payment. There is also no proper receipt download option, and almost every action seems to end with an error. For a service involving important policy payments, the app should be reliable and user.
