when changing routers, it is nearly impossible to find the location to reset the Google Hub. I am rating this out of frustration atm. The app itself is not user friendly at all, and as mentioned above, if you have to change routers you need to reset the Hub. It gives vague directions, but to nothing that looks anything like what is in the instructions. I've taken pictures of the instructions and followed them step by step as best I could guess and by golly. app sucks, but Hub was free

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

For years I used this app to perform a bedtime routine of telling me the next day weather, turn on do not disturb, turn off my lights and turn on poweramp music at a low volume. I changed nothing in my routines and only 2 things work now. I lost the weather at least a year ago and it came back briefly and now that is gone again. Now my music is not turning on. I'm using my phone Hey Google routines. You "update" and break things that worked for many years.
