Today we’re at TEK.day Wrocław 2026 – one of the biggest meetings of the electronics and technology industry in Poland. Our COO Mikołaj Podgórski, PhD gave a talk titled “Engineering Beyond LEO”, sharing lessons from building the Scanway S.A. telescope for a lunar mission with Intuitive Machines. The presentation covered what designing hardware for the Moon really means: extreme temperature swings, higher radiation and the challenge of building reliable systems with very limited deep-space flight heritage. Thanks to the organizers tek.info.pl for the invitation and the opportunity to share our experience with the engineering community. Great to see so many engineers and space enthusiasts in one place. 🚀

Scanway S.A. prospectus approved!🚀 The Polish Financial Supervision Authority has approved our prospectus. This is very positive news that significantly brings us closer to our debut on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). We would like to remind you that we debuted on NewConnect on October 11, 2023. Since then, the Company’s market capitalization has increased from PLN 58 million to over PLN 500 million, and the cumulative trading volume of Scanway shares in January - February this year exceeded PLN 100 million, accounting for more than 25% of the entire NewConnect market. “From the very beginning of our presence on the capital market, our goal has been to become one of the largest and most liquid companies listed on the Polish stock exchange. After two years on NewConnect and an intensive period of building our recognition, market position, and - most importantly - long-term relationships with investors, I can say with full confidence that we are ready to join companies listed on the main market. Our shareholder structure already includes a leading Polish investment fund (TFI) holding more than five percent, and trading in Scanway shares in 2026 places us around the median level of companies from the mWIG40 index. We expect the first trading of our shares on the Main Market in the coming weeks,” comments Jedrzej Kowalewski, CEO of Scanway S.A. The prospectus will be published on the Company’s website (Investor Relations section) and on the website of the investment firm Dom Maklerski Navigator S.A. (section “Current securities offerings”) on March 17, 2026. The transfer of the Company’s listing from NewConnect to the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange will not involve the issuance of new shares. According to the Management Board of Scanway, the Company’s debut on the Main Market of the WSE may take place in the coming weeks, once the required formal approvals have been obtained.

Let’s talk about Optical Payloads... Designing optical payloads for space missions comes with immense technical challenges. These systems must meet two critical requirements: safely reaching orbital altitude and operating reliably throughout the mission. But achieving this is far from simple. Optical payloads, like telescopes and cameras, are intricate and not inherently durable. To succeed, they must endure extreme mechanical loads, handle wide temperature ranges, and maintain peak performance while adhering to strict weight constraints. It's a delicate balance between durability, efficiency, and performance. A perfect example of innovation in this field is Scanway’s involvement in the NarSha project, a Korean initiative for tracking methane emissions on Earth. Scanway designed and delivered advanced optical payloads for the Korea Methane Monitoring Microsatellite (K3M), set to launch in 2026. These payloads include: - A hyperspectral imager operating in the SWIR range, achieving ground sample distances of ~30 meters from 500 km altitude - A VIS/NIR camera for detailed data fidelity and discrimination These compact, lightweight designs enable methane emission monitoring at the local scale, providing actionable data to combat climate change. As Scanway’s CTO Michał Zięba puts it, this level of precision in greenhouse gas tracking offers real value for mitigation strategies. But what enables these designs? Advanced simulation tools. Using software like Ansys Zemax OpticStudio, Ansys Mechanical, and Ansys Thermal Desktop, Scanway optimizes optical systems for manufacturability and performance. These tools help simulate everything from thermal cycles and structural integrity to optical performance under space conditions—long before a physical prototype is built. This approach has reduced testing cycles by 30%, saving time and resources while ensuring each system is mission-ready. Ansys tools also streamline the process of tailoring designs to individual customers’ needs, allowing Scanway to efficiently deliver modular optical instruments that achieve high performance across diverse missions. From Earth observation to lunar exploration, Scanway continues to push what’s possible for small satellites. Their commitment to innovation, supported by simulation and collaboration, is helping shape the future of space optics. What are your thoughts on using simulation to optimize designs for challenging environments like space? Let’s discuss! 🚀 We closed all four quarters of 2025 with nearly a twofold increase in total revenue. Today, we provided the market with key information summarizing another year of rapid growth for Scanway. Key facts: 🔹 another year of dynamic growth driven, among other factors, by the effective conversion of a high backlog (order portfolio) into revenue 🔹 backlog increased by 215% year-over-year, to PLN 54.0 million, and does not yet include projects we announced in December and January: an additional payload for Intuitive Machines, further phases of the Mani mission, or a contract with a U.S. company valued at up to approximately USD 4.3 million 🔹 cash at the end of December 2025 rose to a historic high of PLN 25.5 million, significantly supported by PLN 15.3 million gross raised from TFI PZU S.A. “In 2025, Scanway’s total revenue nearly doubled, exceeding PLN 24 million, while maintaining a high backlog level of PLN 54 million. These are key indicators reflecting the pace of our business growth. I am very pleased that we can speak about year-over-year dynamics of nearly 100% and over 200%, respectively. The historically highest cash level enables us to effectively execute our assumptions and investments under the adopted Strategy for 2026–2028. Within this short period, we intend to transform the Company from a supplier of individual solutions into a serial provider of optical instruments for the global New Space market,” comments Jedrzej Kowalewski, President of the Management Board of Scanway S.A. “We are highly effective in securing new contracts, especially in the key constellation segment for us, and in efficiently converting them into revenue through consistent milestone execution. We are entering 2026 with a substantial number of ongoing projects, while at the same time our sales teams are intensively working on increasing the backlog for future periods – particularly with a view toward 2028 and beyond,” explains Mikołaj Podgórski, PhD, COO of Scanway S.A. We are entering the new 2026–2028 strategic perspective with a solid financial base, a backlog more than three times higher (vs. the end of 2024), and the ambition to further transform into a serial supplier of advanced optical instruments for the global New Space market.
