We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Hardware Manager to manage the sourcing and procurement of IT hardware through BrokerBin and other B2B marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of IT hardware products, and experience working with resellers, brokers, and global vendors. Key Responsibilities: Source IT hardware components (servers, memory, storage, CPUs, networking equipment, etc.) via BrokerBin, email lists, and other reseller platforms. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with vendors and suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new procurement channels. Collaborate with the sales team to align procurement with demand and ensure timely availability of products. Track market trends and inventory levels to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions. Verify product authenticity, warranty status, and functional specifications. Manage procurement documentation, including POs, invoices, and contracts. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and import/export regulations. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT hardware procurement, preferably in the secondary market. Hands-on experience with BrokerBin, IT resale platforms, and global vendor networks. In-depth knowledge of IT hardware components and industry standards. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP/procurement systems. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
