Proud to announce the completion of my Final Year Project – WorkStack, developed under aformal industry-academic partnership between 🛰️ Grayhat and 🎓 Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU).
🧭 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲:
Fast-growing teams at Grayhat were facing tool fragmentation across project management, documentation, and communication platforms — affecting productivity and context-switching.
🧠 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸:
An AI-powered open-source suite built to unify:
1) Plane for agile task tracking
2) Outline for structured documentation
3) Discord for real-time team communication
🛠️ 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
1) Developed seamless interoperability between all tools using REST APIs and webhooks
2) Researched, evaluated, and proposed Authentik (open-source identity provider) to centralize access control and enable RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
3) Built AI agents with the MCP framework to deliver contextual task and documentation assistance
4) Conducted UAT with 5 pilot users (📈 70–80% satisfaction)
