As part of our ongoing transformation, we recently hosted an “𝐀𝐈 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥” on April 10, 2025, that brought together our IT team employees under one vision: to make 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 across all our IT functions. Our CEO, Srikanth Ramachandra, laid out a bold and inspiring roadmap for 2025, outlining how AI will be embedded across our projects, solutions, and delivery pipelines. He emphasized not just the tech, but the talent, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, as the key drivers of this change. What made the event truly special were the presentations shared by some of our IT professionals who have been part of our 𝐀𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, from taking their first steps with LLMs and automation tools to applying AI in real-world scenarios. Giving Back to Build a Smarter Future! 💡 NTrust believes that technology can be a powerful force for good — especially when it comes to shaping young minds. 🧠 As part of our commitment to community and education, we are proud to have donated 167 computers (including desktops and thin clients) in September to October 2024 to the "நம்ம ஊரு நம்ம பள்ளி" (Namma School Namma Ooru Palli) initiative by the Tamil Nadu Government launched in 2022 to transform and upgrade government schools across the state. 💻 This initiative is close to our hearts — aiming to transform government schools and bridge the digital divide for students across the state. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support a cause that empowers the next generation with access to better learning environments and digital tools. He excels in strategic planning, financial operations, business transformation, and technology, with a proven track record of driving innovation and bottom-line success. His work spans careers in accounting, management consulting, and executive management in private and public companies within the real estate and broader financial services industry. As a management consultant, Mike led a global real estate services practice as a Principal with a Big 4 accounting firm, where he directed a growing practice of high-performing individuals serving leading real estate organizations in the areas of finance and technology. As an executive in both private and public companies, he led large-scale improvements to operating models and built financial processes and analytical platforms to increase stakeholder visibility into future corporate, portfolio, and asset performance. Known as a servant leader and team player, Mr. Harrison is recognized for his ability to blend strategy with execution, making him a valuable leader and catalyst for growth in the real estate industry. In his new role as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at NTrust, Harrison will oversee the company’s strategic initiatives, leveraging his expertise to enhance NTrust’s cutting-edge solutions for the real estate industry.
