    The Laptops for Teachers and Principles program is one of the most highly valued in the Education sector delivering 15,000+ laptops per annum to 2500 eligible schools.

    This project started in 2011 with pre-market engagement, followed by a tender, commercial negotiation and the transition and delivery.     Pre-market consult and strategy
    Subject Matter expert for supply chain and logistics function for tender
    Internal Business case design and approvals
    Client commercial negotiation

    Client Outcomes:
    Transition to new service provider with efficient operating model
    Improved outcomes for schools at lower cost

  • All of Government Desktop & Laptop

    -

    AoG Desktop and Laptop initiative was one of the first NZ Government Common Capability initiatives consolidating end-user device procurement for over 200 agencies. Vendor engagement started in 2010, followed by a tender and a five year contract being awarded to gen-i with six other suppliers.

    Client outcomes:
    An easy to consume, efficient service for all agency types
    Early thought leadership allowed cost savings in a number of areas (not just device price)

  • Service Level Reporting business improvement project

    This was a business improvement initiative to provide visibility and reporting on our Supply Chain and Logistics function. Outputs from the project included a reporting dashboard showing key metrics, SLA obtainment and full end to end visibility of our supply chain function.

    This greatly assisted in:
    * Demonstrating service performance objectively & accurately
    * Massively reducing manual reporting workload through automation
    * Key value proposition in winning AoG DTLT and…
