  • For over a decade, the partnership between Gallagher Security and Torus has delivered innovative, reliable solutions to complex security challenges. One standout example is the transformation at Waukee Community School District (WCSD), where managing physical keys - especially vehicle keys - across 22 sites was a time-consuming, frustrating process. Staff were spending hours of valuable time, manually managing and distributing physical keys with no centralized control or audit trail. WCSD needed a smarter, scalable solution. The partnership between Torus and Gallagher saw the installation of an integrated key management system that revolutionized WCSD’s operations. The deployment, supported by The Baker Group, saw the installation of Torus cabinets at every school site, seamlessly integrated into their Gallagher Command Centre system.  The Torus and Gallagher integration has allowed WCSD administrators to easily manage key access permissions for staff and contractors directly from the Command Centre, and the results speak volumes: WCSD now saves thousands of hours every year, freeing up staff to focus on what matters most across 22 their sites. Centralized control and visibility of all physical keys across 22 sites. Eliminated manual key-handling frustrations - saving over 17,500 hours every year.
