What sources do you use to keep up with advertising research and development?
Test. Test. Test. If the ship don’t sail we build another boat. In my experience people leading experimentation agendas tend to hold on tight to their initial hypothesis just because their reputation is at risk or simply put, afraid to fail. Number one rule in academic researching is that you need at least H0 and H1. The good old binary method. One of these two hypothesis will always be a false one. And by default the one left, will be a right. Take this example to your experimentation agenda - you proved a false hypothesis and failed a test. That means there is still true hypothesis out there waiting for you to start a new experimentation and evaluation cycle. So go on, do not be afraid. Embrace false hypothesis and Test. Test. Test.

As part of the interdisciplinary course "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, we were asked to prepare a three year business plan running a virtual enterprise based on real facts. Combining the knowledge which we acquired in this course of study, modern trends of time along with the advanced new technologies, such as data mining and telematics systems we thought of establishing a “Café – Snack Bar” under the name of “Greco Drive-in Café” based on an older model of «Drive-through» which is expected to improve the existing traffic congestion which will provide high quality products. In order for the main aim to be accomplished we have launched an app for smartphones which will embody all the new specifications that have been mentioned above. Therefore, by using this application, the consumer will benefit immensely by a rewarding system, and consequently which in turn will diminishing the waiting time and thus a high level of consumer loyalty will have been build by the company as well as succeeding a lowering its expenditures mainly due to better management procedure.
