The Ministère de l'Intérieure is one of the biggest customers at Magnet Forensics. Responsible for account management from the start of my career at Magnet. This means amongst others very regular conversations with different levels in the organisation on functioning and performance of existing and future products, setting up special customer events and support of partners in France. For that my fluid language capacities were vital.
The contracts of yearly several million euros in total grew every year with 5 to 10 percent.
Also responsible for submitting the new tender, which will be valid for 4 years starting 2024 (text writing in French, pricing, internal and external discussions and more). Potential value, as stated in the tender documents, is expected to be between 5 to 9 million euro for the National Police, Gendarmerie National and other parts of the French MOI per year. The German State of Baden Württemberg reformed the police organisation in 2014. Part of this program was also the police departments tackling child abuse. ZiuZ implemented a complete infrastructure at 12 ‘Polizeipräsidiums’ and the Landeskriminalambt. Forces use this infrastructure to process and assess visual big data.

After winning the European tender ZiuZ implemented an upgrade in Brussels of the infrastructure used by the Team Human Trafficking and Child Pornography of the Federal Judicial Police in Belgium.
Responsible for the complete tender process, execution of user training in Dutch and French, account and service management.
Value of the complete project, including maintenance and support, will add up to a sum between € 300.000 and € 750.000.

Management of a new test team which was brought in after many discussions with the ICC on earlier testing (in which claims were already prepared). Aim was to test the new court management system, build by Oracle, which is used to process information on all court activities (including very sensitive information on witnesses). After successful completion of the first tests acting account manager. ICC became a reference client of Logica.

The tests involved review of design documentation, procedures, functionality and network scanning. As software development was ongoing and tests could give negative results, three test cycles were executed to monitor improvement. Activities of the team:
 Setting up compliance matrix, also for future releases.

Project management of the installation of a secured network based on Alcatel Switches and Cisco CSA and NSA. In this the network was divided in a secured part (containing e.g. designs and financial information) and a more open part (which could be accessed more generally).

Management of the final implementation phase of a telephony and data network based on Alcatel and Cisco. Cleared many obstacles after earlier mismanagement during the project.

Project management of the installation of a security layer network based on CSA, NSA and Alcatel hardware which was the first in The Netherlands. In this the network was divided in a secured part (containing e.g. weapon designs and financial information) and a more open part (which could be accessed more generally).
Successfully evaluated by Dutch Military Intelligence.

Management of the final phase of the implementation of telephony system based on Alcatel. Due to miscommunication in the design phase, many connection were not as intended. In a week, first 24/24, we tackled and solved all problems.
