How to make meaningful change in a leadership program? We are proud to support the Atos FUEL program: a global leadership journey delivered together with Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), University of Cambridge and FranklinCovey Benelux. In the past 8 years I traveled from Cambridge to Paris, from Warschau to Bangalore to meet with the wonderful delegates from this global leadership program. Last year my colleague Ludo Treffers took over and powered by a strong partnership with Jaime Carrillo Aguilera they exceeded many expectations. What makes this program stand out? Thanks to the FranklinCovey online Impact Platform, we're able to measure behavior change with 360 diagnostics, the johari window and other tools. My esteemed and ever-inspirational former boss, Jeroen Tas, hits the nail on the head in this pre-release article for his new book, Changing Fast and Slow. His insights are incredibly relevant to technology management, particularly in the context of consumption-based cloud. This isn't just about cost optimization; it's the engine for creating nimble, temporary ecosystems. These ecosystems allow business to rapidly build valuable propositions by leveraging shared data and competencies. Too many "cloud experts" miss the forest for the trees.
