For this DUFAS has established a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Working Group as of July 2024. The Working Group has the following objectives:
    1. We will identify best practices in order to share these among DUFAS members (and demonstrate to our stakeholders what efforts the asset management industry has already made).
    2. As a working group we will formulate actions based on our shared vision on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
    3. We will translate this vision into a shared story explaining why the asset management sector believes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is important and demonstrate best practices of individual members.
    4. We aim to inspire and to support members to lead by example and act as ambassadors within our respective organisations. (We do not strive to duplicate the work of individual DUFAS-members nor to prescribe what their policies should like.)
