    The following report gives an overview over what has been achieved in the last months by Yenergy; precise reasons for actions are given and changes in direction were made when necessary. This summary will repeat the most important elements of the report.This was a project of the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Yenergy, also referred to as the HvAstore, sold T-shirts and hoodies with the university logo on it. The idea was to create a community within the school so students could take pride in it and remember it as more than a place, which gave them a diploma after four years. This was based on the American university model in which most of the students not only live on the campus but they also live with the university, its staff members, and its students. When the employees started studying at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam they noticed that the students showed no interest in representing their university. The desire to change this emerged from this observation

    In this report the enterprise Burberry will be discussed and we will have a closer look at the company itself by analyzing the markets and focussing on a specific problem. Decathlon has to adapt and change its short and long term goals in order to maintain its strong market position. Therefore, the research question will be as followed
