Full review of the main applications for a membership/CRM product. We looked at the overall architecture for a ASP.NET MVC application, an WPF application and a UWP application with a WebAPI webservice and a Windows Service. Additionally we looked at the development process, organization and culture. With items of the review the customer could start tackling the most critical issues we found to improve the product in reliability, maintainability and improve the culture internally.

Nieuwbouw voor een Webservice (WCF) welke PDF formulieren kan invullen met bekende data uit de backend. Hiermee wordt de administratieve last voor de gebruiker verlicht en wordt foutieve invoer voorkomen. De service produceert +/- 10.000 ingevulde formulieren op jaarbasis voor > 250 gebruikers. Deze service wordt vanuit een centrale oplossing aangeroepen.

Interne NuGet Package store opzetten waarin de interne (deel)componenten via de CI server gebuild en middels NuGet packages centraal beschikbaar gesteld worden.

Interne Testomgeving die via de CI server bijgewerkt met nieuwe versies van de diverse software producten, waarna deze middels WebTests (mbv Selenium WebDriver) gecontroleerd worden op correcte werking (integration testing)

After starting with a gap analysis on the code and architecture of the core applications, Rob started implementing the improvements found with the team. Moving on-premise GitLab repositories to Azure Repos, setting up Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts and improving the way of working.

Getting the internal QA process to the next level. In the beginning, we helped out with the standard review procedure.
