  • Combining authoritative content with AI-powered workflows helps legal teams solve complex challenges with greater confidence, accuracy and speed.

The future of legal AI depends on the quality of the knowledge behind it. We're integrating trusted Kluwer Law International content into Libra by Wolters Kluwer, making specialist expertise in arbitration, competition law and intellectual property available directly where legal professionals work. As Jill Weinstein, VP & GM, Legal Markets at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US, notes, trusted legal analysis creates the foundation for AI solutions that legal professionals can rely on. Combining authoritative content with AI-powered workflows helps legal teams solve complex challenges with greater confidence, accuracy and speed. 👉 Find out more: https://ow.ly/xuPh50ZP6UE

    • Quote from Jill Weinstein on legal AI's future emphasizing knowledge quality, with Wolters Kluwer branding and her portrait.
  • Unauthorized AI use is often treated as an employee behavior issue. But what if it's actually a signal? In a recent Forbes Technology Council article, Alex Tyrrell, SVP, CTO of Wolters Kluwer Health, suggests that "shadow AI" may point to a communication and awareness gap rather than a technology problem. When employees turn to unapproved tools, it can reveal that existing, vetted solutions are not being surfaced effectively. Before addressing the behavior, organizations should examine whether their tools, training, and internal communications are making approved resources easy to find and use. • Martin here. As I wrap up my month in this LinkedIn Takeover series, I'd like to start with a thank you. I've enjoyed sharing a few reflections on AI, leadership, trust, and the future of professional work, and I've appreciated the conversations along the way. As I thought about a final post, I found myself reflecting on the people who shaped my own career. One person immediately came to mind: my first manager, Ian Beecroft. Early in my career, I remember sitting down for a performance review and, with more than a little trepidation, asking him how I was doing. His response surprised me. "You're doing great. The only difference between me and you is that you haven't done it yet." He went on to explain that he believed I could do his job. The difference wasn't talent or potential. He simply had the benefit of experience, and that experience would come with time. I found that enormously motivating. What stayed with me wasn't the praise. It was the confidence he had in me before I had fully developed that same confidence and belief in myself. Less than two years later, when Ian moved into a new role, I stepped into his position. I've thought about that conversation many times throughout my career. Leadership often gets associated with strategy, decisions, and results. Those things matter. But some of the most important leadership moments are much smaller and far less visible. A conversation. A vote of confidence. A moment when someone helps another person see possibilities they may not yet see themselves. Technology continues to reshape how we work. AI is creating new opportunities across every profession. But one thing I don't believe will change is the importance of connecting with people. Most of us can probably trace a turning point in our careers back to someone who took the time to encourage us, challenge us, or help us see our potential more clearly. Ian has since sadly passed away, but the lesson stayed with me. As leaders, we don't always know which conversations people will remember. That's one reason it's worth making them count. Looking back on your own career, who had the greatest impact on your development, and what did they teach you? As I close out this takeover, I want to thank everyone who followed along and joined the conversation. Next up is Jason Marx, CEO of Tax & Accounting. I'm looking forward to following Jason's perspectives in the weeks ahead. Thanks again for joining me this month.

  • Over the past weeks, we’ve explored the passion behind Wolters Kluwer Expert AI. Our Expert AI solutions take shape when domain experts, engineers, product managers, and customer-facing colleagues bring their different perspectives together. As AI reshapes how we work, people are collaborating more closely across disciplines, taking greater ownership of outcomes, and learning from one another. Although human expertise and judgment remain central, this shift calls for a culture in which people feel confident experimenting, sharing their ideas, and continuing to learn. In his Re:Work series, Sidd Shenoy, PhD, FIET, VP, Enterprise AI Transformation, explores these cultural shifts, including the move from execution to orchestration, growing ownership across disciplines, the importance of adaptability, and the normalization of operating in continuous beta. The stories we've shared throughout this campaign reflect more than how we build Expert AI. They reflect who we are. If you're looking for an environment where expertise is valued, curiosity is encouraged, and people come together to solve meaningful challenges, take a look at our career opportunities and see where you can make a difference. Be the difference. If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.
