In Europe, up to 90% of companies report a lack of skilled painters, making it harder to deliver projects on time and at consistent quality.  🍃 And then there’s the environmental impact: traditional coating methods generate hazardous toxic microplastics and waste that are released into the air and the water systems. As industrial areas are moving closer to cities, this is no longer a viable option.  So the question is no longer if the industry should change—but how fast.
