𝗘𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗷𝗸 In Hangar Meeting Center in Kortrijk verzamelde zich gisteren opnieuw een groep ondernemers voor een masterclass, om bijgepraat te worden over het voorbereiden van hun bedrijf op een eventuele verkoop. The Zagreb office is strategically positioned to support entrepreneurs in Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia in (cross-border) deals.   With an impressive track record of over 25 years of M&A and private equity experience in the US and Europe, including in the CEE region, Dino Bendekovic will helm the new office. After 9 years as the Head of M&A at multinational Grant Thornton, Dino now joins the Marktlink Group. The white mountains, bright sunshine and good company made for an unforgettable three days of skiing. A great way to end the year in style: our annual Marktlink gala. Colleagues from all our offices in Europe came together to celebrate another successful year and to catch up with each other. It was a fantastic night!

This is our 18th office in Europe and the very first in Central and Eastern Europe.    Anna Maria Jedrzejczak will be leading this exciting venture as a Managing Partner. She is a highly respected M&A expert with over 13 years of experience. She is co-founder and vice president of WOM&AN, Association for Women in M&A –, with the goal of creating a space for networking, knowledge exchange, promoting the idea of entrepreneurship, and mentoring women involved in mergers and acquisitions. Managing Partner Ferry Nahon on the expansion: “Poland is an important economic force within Europe, with a dynamic business environment. With the opening of our Warsaw office, we are strengthening our position in Europe and can further support entrepreneurs in the region with their growth and exit strategies. The energy kicked off with a dynamic presentation from the Management Team, where they passionately shared the company’s mission, vision, and bold ambitions. The atmosphere was great as colleagues eagerly engaged, asking questions and exchanging ideas. Despite the bad weather forecast, the sun made a surprise appearance, allowing us to enjoy an exhilarating mountain biking adventure and even catch some rays during breaks. The event was a success, thanks to the enthusiasm and participation of everyone, especially our international colleagues who traveled to Lunteren’s beautiful surroundings.
