When it comes to AI, a core challenge for product leaders is determining when to build internally, when to buy and when to partner. https://hubs.li/Q045sk2x0 Written by Abhishek Bahl of JetLearn

Life is full of possibilities. Why limit learning to traditional systems? 🏫 Today, AI & technology has opened the world of possibilities for neurodiverse learners, it can help them channelise and act as a great help for independent functioning. To explain how technology can turn their ‘chaos’ to ‘creation’ we have Emanuel Covasa. Emanuel is the founder of NeuroBridgeEdu, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, neurodivergent creator and a parent. Living with ADHD and dyslexia, he didn’t try to “fit in”. He built his own ways with technology. If your child learns differently, this conversation can be genuinely eye-opening. Event Details Date: 28th February, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM (UK Time) Live on Zoom Link to Register: https://lnkd.in/gE2wJcwz *Seats are limited to keep the discussion interactive.

The Indian Budget got the hardware right. Now comes the hard part. It’s encouraging to see the Government’s massive push for AI Centres of Excellence in this year's budget. The signal is clear: India intends to be the global talent engine for the AI age. As a founder building in this space, I applaud the infrastructure spend. We need the GPUs, the data centers, and the policy frameworks. But you cannot legislate curiosity. A billion dollars in compute power is useless if the student sitting in front of it is only taught to be a passive consumer of technology. The real challenge; and the massive opportunity - is shifting the education paradigm from "memorizing inputs" to "questioning outputs." We don't just need kids who know Python. We need kids who have the critical thinking to know what to build with Python. The budget builds the runway. EdTech companies like JetLearn Wizar Learning have to train the pilots. This isn't just an Indian challenge. We work more in UK/EU/US, I see parents grappling with the same issue: How do we prepare our kids for a future we can barely predict? The answer isn't just more tech. It's more "Inspiring Curiosity" in teaching tech. #IndiaBudget #AI #EdTech #FutureOfWork #JetLearn #GlobalSkills Jatin Luthra Abhishek Bahl Sameer Buti

Some roles chase growth. This one builds the engine that makes growth show up every month, with clean systems behind it. We’re hiring a 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆) at JetLearn. Families already recommend JetLearn because it’s working for them. The opportunity now is to move from a traditional funnel mindset to a 𝗳𝗹𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹. One where trust, advocacy, and systems compound over time. Your role is to turn word-of-mouth into a referral experience that feels effortless for users and scales cleanly across markets. What you’ll 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱: The referral journey across parents, students, tutors, schools, and partners Incentives that feel fair and don’t get gamed Tracking and attribution we can trust Reward automation so ops never becomes the bottleneck Continuous experimentation to improve activation, conversion, and repeat referrals This isn’t a “run campaigns and post updates” job. It’s a 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 + 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 + 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 role where you design and build a flywheel. 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿: If you prefer vague ownership and slow cycles, this won’t be fun. If you like building, shipping, and being accountable to metrics, you’ll love it. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗖𝗥 | 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 Apply to build JetLearn’s referral engine, not just manage a channel. If you know someone who thrives on this kind of ownership, tag them. If that someone is you, DM me.

Have you had that conversation with your child yet? The one where you tell them that ChatGPT is not their therapist. That Character.AI is not their friend. That Socrat.ai is not their teacher. And that YouTube is not just “videos”, but an AI system deciding what your child sees next, and next, and next. Because the truth is, our kids are already using AI to: ◾ do homework ◾ look for answers instead of asking adults ◾ spend time alone with systems that sound confident, even when they don’t really understand them So the real question is not, “Is AI dangerous?” The real question is, 👉 What do we need to teach our kids right now about judgment, boundaries, dependence, and responsibility? That is why we at The AI Collective with JetLearn are hosting a parent-led conversation. Not to panic. Not to ban technology. But to talk honestly about what is already happening in our homes. 🗓️ Saturday, 31 January 2026 ⏰ 2:30 PM IST | 10:00 AM CET 💻 Zoom Parent voices need to matter before habits are formed. The hardest thing to scale in Edtech isn't teacher's count. It's patience. In the Indian EdTech ecosystem, "Global Delivery" is a standard buzzword. But the real challenge isn't connecting the Zoom call. The real challenge is connecting the minds. Especially when the learner is neurodivergent. As educators know, these students often struggle silently. They rarely shout about their wins. For a neurodivergent child to say, "I feel confident"; that is a massive, quiet victory. I just saw this review for our teacher, Nameerah: From the Parent: "Nameerah is so patient with my talkative, neurodivergent daughter! She's brilliant with her." From the Child: "Since starting JetLearn, my confidence and abilities have grown... I love the feeling." This is why we build at JetLearn. We aren't just "exporting education." We are connecting a child who needs a specific kind of patience with a teacher who has it in abundance. That is a metric you won't find on a balance sheet, but it’s the only one that matters to the learner obsessed JetLearn team. #JetLearn #Neurodiversity #EdTech #GlobalTeams #Impact #Education Abhishek Bahl Jatin Luthra Varnita Jain Anupama Gahlout Sankalita B.
