About us

Mosron Communications is a bespoke public relations consultancy that supports business-to-business service organisations and social impact brands across sub-Saharan Africa. We specialise in providing tailored public relations guidance, particularly in the area of corporate, crisis and digital communications, to global organisations operating in sub-Saharan Africa and those looking to enter the SSA market. At Mosron Communications, our team of PR and corporate communications professionals deliver bespoke communication strategies and deploy programs designed for maximum impact across all touch points. Indeed, many clients have attested to the beauty and results of our seemingly simplistic, but highly effective strategies. We know that having a story to tell is the start point; telling that story to the right audience, at the right time and in the most appropriate format is what guarantees results. • We’re producing more knowledge than ever. But who is actually using it? In 2024, over 65% of reports produced by the United Nations Secretariat were downloaded fewer than 2,000 times despite hundreds of millions spent on documentation. And even that doesn’t mean they were read. This isn’t just a global problem. It’s happening closer to home. From policy briefs to whitepapers, many organisations are doing the work but the people who need that knowledge most never encounter it, let alone act on it. That’s the real gap: Not knowledge creation, but knowledge translation. In this piece, we explored the growing knowledge-to-impact gap and why communication is no longer a support function, but a strategic discipline for driving real change. 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/evaayWhk #PartnersnotVendors #MosronCommunications #ImpactCommunications

  • “Markets don’t reward stories. They reward proof.” As Nigeria’s capital market heats up with institutions like Guaranty Trust Holding Company, Zenith Bank, and Access Holdings announcing strong results and dividends, it’s clear that investor confidence is anchored in one thing: credibility that has been built over time. For organisations considering a public listing, this is the real question: If investors looked you up today, what would they find, promise or proof? Too often, businesses treat communication as a pre-offer activity. In reality, it is a long game. The visibility of your leadership, the consistency of your disclosures, the strength of your institutional narrative, these are signals the market reads long before you go public. PR cannot manufacture credibility at the point of need. It can only amplify what already exists. The real work starts earlier than most think. Read more below on what investors are really looking for and why your reputation today may determine your success tomorrow. 👇 #MosronCommunications #PartnersnotVendors #InvestorCommunications

  • When the Board Announcement Ends, the Real Work Begins. Across Nigeria’s public and private sectors, we are witnessing leadership transitions, board reconstitutions, strategic resets, and structural reforms. Yet, one consistent risk remains: assuming the announcement itself equals execution. It does not. A board appointment, restructuring notice, or leadership change is only the starting signal. What follows determines whether the decision builds confidence or creates uncertainty. Without clear internal alignment, stakeholder messaging discipline, structured transition communication and defined narrative ownership, even the most strategic board decision can lose momentum. At a time when governance credibility and institutional trust are under intense scrutiny, organisations cannot afford communication gaps between decision and delivery. In our latest article, we explore what must happen after the press release goes out and why communications teams should be involved long before and long after the announcement. 🔗 Click to read more: https://lnkd.in/er8P23a3 #MosronCommunications #PartnersnotVendors #CorporateLeadership

The Central Bank of Nigeria’s recapitalisation policy is reshaping strategic decision-making across the banking sector, particularly around capital structure, growth plans and long-term sustainability. As banks respond to the policy’s requirements, mergers and acquisitions are emerging as a likely pathway for institutions seeking to strengthen their capital base. While recapitalisation is, on the surface, a financial and regulatory exercise, its long-term impact will be shaped by factors that go beyond capital adequacy, notably, communication and cultural fit. Capital may determine regulatory compliance, but post-merger performance will depend on how effectively uncertainty is managed, cultures are aligned, leadership narratives are coordinated, and trust is maintained among employees, customers, investors and regulators. Our latest article examines why, in a consolidation cycle driven by recapitalisation, strategic communication is no longer a support function, but a core integration capability.
