  • The reason you are struggling to get clients is simple. You keep asking, “How do I get clients?” instead of asking, “How do I become easy to find?” Someone is already looking for the service you offer. But if they cannot find you, they cannot work with you. You cannot stay hidden and expect opportunities to locate you magically. Show up online. Create content. Network. Put yourself where your ideal clients already are. Visibility brings opportunities. If people do not see you, they will not buy from you.

  • For many Nigerians, conversations about sickle cell and genotype compatibility happen too late, often when marriage and family planning are already on the table. That reality led Racheal Majekodunmi to establish the SickleVive Care and Empowerment Foundation, focused on creating safe spaces for honest conversations around sickle cell awareness, preventive healthcare, and informed decision-making. Through its recent ThriveWell Outreach in Alimosho, Lagos, the foundation reached students and residents with sensitisation sessions and free genotype testing, helping more young people gain access to information many never had early enough. For Racheal, the goal goes beyond awareness, it is about creating understanding, support, and conversations that can truly change lives.

  • Everybody wants to build a brand until it is time to actually show up. You cannot keep saying, “I want to be known,” while hiding from the internet. Start by getting clear on what you want people to know you for. Then understand the kind of audience you want to attract. The next thing is consistency. Learn what works in your industry, create content that adds value, and keep showing up even when nobody is clapping for you yet. Your brand grows when people see you, hear you, and remember you. That is how real visibility starts. #personalbranding #visibility
