#News for #Investors and #Media: Newly published data in The New England Journal of Medicine highlight the results of our Phase 3 clinical trial in the first-line treatment of HER2+ gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma, which includes cancers of the stomach, esophagus, and gastroesophageal junction. The trial is evaluating a combination regimen that includes our PD-1 inhibitor with a novel HER2-targeted bispecific antibody and chemotherapy. #News for #Investors and #Media: Today, the U.S. FDA granted accelerated approval for our foundational BCL2 inhibitor for adults with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (#MCL). MCL is a rare and often aggressive B-cell malignancy, where treatment options remain limited in the relapsed/refractory setting. This marks the first FDA approved BCL2 inhibitor approved in the U.S. in a decade and the only one in R/R MCL.
