Writing a proper answer and waiting for some future time when the question will get converted just sucks. And doesn't even give rep, not that I really care | |
| Nov 8, 2025 at 16:10 | comment | added | Peter Cordes | Yeah, I found the same, hard to find the boundaries between posts, which makes it hard to see who wrote what when scrolling back to reference another answer I want to cite when writing my own. Because no markers stick out to the side of the main column like the vote-arrows do in normal Q&A. And the lack of even one level of a threading is a huge regression from answer/comment which we've had forever. Also hard to notice score, which is really bad for proper Q&As that get mis-posted in this new pitfall mode which steals value away from the library of proper Q&As. | |
