    But isn't this assistant both somehow? It searches on SO, somehow selects some content and summaries it and adds a bit of general LLM as well as a few links to some content. In the best case it maybe could be the best of both worlds. In the worst case, ... Commented Dec 4, 2025 at 22:35

  • @cottontail quite so. A basic fact of the "software era" is that on both small and large scales, astonishing, almost unbelievable, "blunders" are made in software. ("biggest ever software blunders" always interesting reading!) Commented Dec 5, 2025 at 14:34
