1I think that is not a part of the ToS. It is a follow up on how we work here, which is not the goal of the ToS.Patrick Hofman– Patrick Hofman2016-03-30 08:37:24 +00:00Commented Mar 30, 2016 at 8:37

1At least not the FAQ which currently redirects to the newbye's tour: because it starts with things only newbies do not know very well; people wanting to report abuses are no more newbies.user2987828– user29878282016-03-30 08:44:39 +00:00Commented Mar 30, 2016 at 8:44

1I will switch my edit suggestion to the help center. And delete that answer after a day.user2987828– user29878282016-03-30 09:01:29 +00:00Commented Mar 30, 2016 at 9:01

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. stack-overflow), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
