1. Sponsor

The Escape from Playtime Catnap Plushie Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Ferox US, Inc., 12 W 21st Street, 12th Floor, New York, New York 10010 ("Sponsor" or "Medal").

Escape from Playtime and Catnap are trademarks of Mob Entertainment, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor and not to any of the foregoing parties.

2. Agreement to These Rules

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (c) hold a valid Medal account in good standing. Creating a free Medal account in order to enter is expressly permitted and does not affect eligibility. Entering from more than one account, or from an account created or used for the purpose of submitting multiple entries, is prohibited.

Eligibility is determined in part by reference to the region and date of birth associated with the entrant's Medal account at the time of entry. Each entrant represents and warrants that the region and date of birth on their Medal account are accurate. Entries associated with accounts whose region or date of birth does not satisfy the eligibility requirements in this Section 3 will not be considered, and misrepresentation of age or residency is grounds for disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and everywhere else outside the eligible area, and void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 10/22/2026 at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on 11/4/2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered. The entry and posting timestamps recorded by Medal's servers are the official timekeeping records for the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, enter the Escape from Playtime Catnap Plushie Giveaway by completing the following steps:

• Download Medal — download Medal for free and create a Medal account if you do not already have one;
• Clip Escape from Playtime — capture one (1) Escape from Playtime gameplay clip using Medal; and
• Post a clip with #escapefromplaytimemedal — post that clip publicly to your Medal profile with #escapefromplaytimemedal and share it with a friend.

Completing the entry steps constitutes one (1) entry (the "Entry"). The Entry must remain publicly posted on the entrant’s Medal profile with the #escapefromplaytimemedal hashtag through winner verification; an Entry that is deleted, made private, has the hashtag removed, or is otherwise unavailable during that period is void. Downloading Medal and creating a Medal account are free.

Limit: one (1) Entry per person, regardless of the number of submissions or accounts used. If more than one qualifying Entry is received from the same person, only the first Entry received (by timestamp) will be considered; later submissions from any account do not count as additional Entries.

Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete, submitted by any means other than as described above, submitted by automated means or scripts, or submitted from a Medal account created or used for the purpose of submitting multiple entries, are void.

Each Entry must be the entrant's own original content, captured by the entrant using Medal. Entries must comply with Medal's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Entries that contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or sexually explicit content, that infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, or that Sponsor otherwise determines to be inappropriate, will be disqualified.

Entrants retain all ownership of the content of their Entries. Sponsor does not claim ownership of, and does not require the transfer of any rights in, any Entry. By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce the entrant's Entry and Medal username solely as necessary to administer the Giveaway and announce the results.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries, or for any failure of any network, server, device, or software to receive, record, or display any Entry.

6. Winner Selection

On or about 11/6/2026, the Medal team will manually select ten (10) potential winners from eligible Entries. Limit: one (1) prize per person.

The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification, Verification, and Forfeiture

Each potential winner will be notified via direct message on Medal, sent to the Medal account used to enter, within approximately two (2) business days of selection.

Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within three (3) days of the date the notification is sent, and must confirm in writing that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. If requested by Sponsor, the potential winner must also provide such additional information as Sponsor reasonably requires to verify eligibility and award the prize, which may include proof of age, identity, and state of residence, and a shipping address and email address for prize delivery.

Failure to respond within the response period, failure to provide requested information, return of any notification as undeliverable, ineligibility, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or refusal of the prize will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries, or may leave the prize unawarded.

8. Prize

Ten (10) prizes total. Each prize consists of one (1) physical Catnap plushie that comes with one (1) exclusive Nightmare in-game skin code for Escape from Playtime. Each confirmed winner will receive one (1) prize.

Approximate retail value ("ARV") per prize: $44 USD. Total ARV for ten (10) prizes: $440 USD.

Prize conditions:

• Redemption of the skin code requires access to Escape from Playtime, acceptance of its applicable terms, and a compatible device and internet connection, all of which are the winner's sole responsibility and at the winner's sole cost.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
• Sponsor's obligation is limited to delivering the plushie and skin code. Once delivered, Sponsor is not responsible for a skin code that is lost, deleted, already redeemed, deactivated, or otherwise unusable, and any issues with the Escape from Playtime platform or game account are between the winner and Mob Entertainment, Inc.
• All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Players who clip Escape from Playtime on Medal will also receive a Poppy Playtime themed Medal profile banner. This banner is separate from the ten (10) plushie and skin code prizes.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines: (a) has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process, or the operation of the Giveaway; (b) has violated or attempted to circumvent these Official Rules; (c) has entered using multiple identities, automated means, content that is not their own, or accounts not their own, or has misrepresented the region or date of birth on their Medal account; or (d) has acted in an unfair, disruptive, threatening, or harassing manner toward Sponsor, any other entrant, or any other person in connection with the Giveaway.

If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned — including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, and to select the winners from among eligible Entries received prior to the action taken, or to leave the prize unawarded.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Each entrant further releases Mob Entertainment, Inc., TikTok Inc., Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., and Apple Inc. from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any equipment or programming associated with the Giveaway; technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions or interruptions of any network, hardware, software, or platform; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway; technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of Entries, or winner selection; or any injury or damage to any person or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's Medal username and Entry in connection with announcing and administering the results of the Giveaway without further payment, notice, or consideration. Sponsor will not publish the winner's legal name, address, email address, or other contact information.

12. Privacy

Personal information used in connection with the Giveaway — including the Medal username, account region, and account date of birth of each entrant, the content of each Entry, and, for the potential winner, information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the prize — will be used by Sponsor solely to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, select and notify the winner, and award the prize. Sponsor will retain this information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and to comply with its legal and record-retention obligations. Information is otherwise collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://medal.tv/privacy#us.

California residents: California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know about, access, and request deletion of personal information. See the Sponsor's Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise these rights.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and all matters relating to the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws otherwise apply. Each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or representative action, and that any and all claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees.

14. Winner List

For the names (Medal usernames) of the winners, send a request to [email protected] within thirty (30) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
