Tecno Camon 50 Ultra launched in India

As promised, Tecno today launched the Camon 50 Ultra in India, which will go on sale starting July 21 exclusively through Amazon.in.

The Tecno Camon 50 Ultra is priced at INR39,999 and comes in three colors in India - Nebula Titanium, Cypress Green, and Misty Purple. However, for reasons best known to Tecno, the Camon 50 Ultra's RAM amount and storage space in India haven't been revealed.

That said, the specs and features of Tecno Camon 50 Ultra in India are the same as other markets, meaning you get the Dimensity 7400 Ultimate SoC, a 6.78" 144Hz curved AMOLED display of 2,644x1,208-pixel resolution, and HiOS 16 based on Android 16. The smartphone will receive Android OS upgrades for three years and security updates for five years.

Tecno Camon 50 Ultra's color options

The Camon 50 Ultra features three 50MP cameras - a 50MP selfie (with AF), a 50MP primary (with OIS), and a 50MP telephoto (with 3x optical zoom). The ultrawide camera (112˚ FOV) on the rear uses an 8MP sensor.

Fueling the entire package is a 6,500 mAh battery with 45W charging support. Note that in some other regions, the Camon 50 Ultra has a 6,150 mAh battery under the hood.

The rest of the Tecno Camon 50 Ultra's features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP66/68/69/69K rating, MIL-STD-810H certification, Dolby Atmos, and support for underwater photography.
