One month, my mobile is going to stay battery warning in red for not being well-charged and flat too long after the battery was too low. After I bought in 2023 till 2026. How can I fix it or not?

Very bad experience with infinix ....like It was great for about 1 year then fingerprint sensor stopped working and it wasn't like my fingerprint sensor got damage noo .. But instead the infinite company intentionally removed fingerprint options everywhere I don't know why but may be because they wanted us to buy new phone of their which will never happen again 🙄I hate this thing my X hide not opening and my app lock lagging like you have to put 2 to 3 or 4 times password then the app will open... I have very bad experience with infinix although it was my first time buying this phone

This phone has exceptional qualities.very fast response ,great gaming experience, good battery timing but annoying ads in vedio player.The screen brightness is way low and sensor usually makes gross errors in sensing especially in low light.The contacts app by Infinix really needs improvement and redesign.

I have never had this bad experience before with infinix like the one I am having with Note30 my finger print has stopped working. The volume is low sometimes. And sometimes my screen will lock itself even while I am watching a video, like what the hell. Now there is so much hates for infinix please you guys need to do something about it. My phone is just 9momths old.

Infinix note 30 5G before 2 days I update my mobile and restart then
Touch not working
I go to service centre they told me every infinix mobile has most common problems touch combo issue
Please don't buy infinix mobile

The biggest downside of. This phone is it's weak signal for both wifi and 4g signal. My much older Oukitel Wp6 is has much stronger signal in both departments. Infinix sucks on signals.

Thus is the worst product I ever had. The network keeps on dropping every second minit. This is a big issue for me while in important calls. Worst worst product ever.
