George, 05 Aug 2025No 3.5mm jack, that’s terrible. I was disappointed at this ... moreAlso lot of options must be installed with third party apps... Why? Even Ai does work on server so i can do it on any other 10 year old phone by going to site... No headphone jack is terrible, also not having sd card slot and IR beam... The phone is heavy...

No 3.5mm jack, that’s terrible. I was disappointed at this development. Your future upgrades must have it an a expandable memory. Can you incorporate local FM radio in your devices?

It's the OIS that you hear, but shaking the phone isn't very good for this component. Shaking the phone without reason is best to avoid but the rattling sound doesn't affect the phone functioning.

I bought the samsung 22 ultra and I wish I bought the iphone instead. I think samsung 22 ultra camera quality is terrible. I noticed when I take a picture inside a nice restuarant during the evening, it captured the light and light steaks so much but the person in the picture looks blurry and dim. My friend has an old iphone and her phone captured a better picture of us in that rastuarant than my phone. Even in the selfies, the person looks very washed out and pale. But with my sister's iphone, the selfies come out warm and colourful. I even tried taking pictures outside in nature to see the difference but I noticed it captures so much of the brightness so I could barely see the person I am taking picture of. Even a close up picture of tulips, my sister's iphone photo was very warm and looked colourful but my tulip picture looked so washed out and white. When we were in the tulip field, my sister's iphone catured the vibrant colours of the field and many tulips whereas mine looked very white and washed out. I know people say that zooming is great but I don't need to zoom that much. Even then zooming makes the picture look blurry anyways. Why on earth would I need to zoom in that much for a photo? Even the moon picture is not true and it's Ai just adding the details, not the lens caturing the moon. I just wanted a phone with a nice quality camera that can take lovely pictures so I can have some memories. But I feel sad because I haven't been able to capture those memories fully as they really look. I always have relied on my sister's iphone for pictures. There are even problem with the battery life. It drains in a few hours even when I don't touch it at work. Even when I deleted alot of my apps, it drains so much battery. My sister's iphone has such a long battery life and even her old phone has better battery life than this samsung phone. I always carry a samsung battery with me because the battery life gives me anxiety. There were times when I needed to get home from London during the evening but my battery already drained so I was stranded. This made me very anxious but the nice train conductors helped me. This was the same problem with my old samsung phone. There was even a time when a drunk man was following me in a dark and quiet train station when I was trying to get home but my samsung phone battery died. There was no one in the station just me and that drunk guy. He kept following me and swearing at me. He would say things like he want to take me to his house. There was 30% battery but suddenly it died. I couldn't look up which train to take and when I was asking my grandad and dad for help, the phone died. I was so scared because of that drunk man following me so when I came home and I cried. Luckily just before the phone cut off, my grandad knew which station I was in so he came to pick me up in his car. There was also a problem where my mic stopped working and people on the phone couldn't hear me so I had to use a headphone to communicate. That phone was something I bought recently at that time too. I was a poor uni student so I was really sad when the new phone I bought stopped working. There were even problems where when that person spoke, I couldn't hear them or they couldn't hear me. The communication was delayed. I am not sure why but I had many bad luck with samsungs. I assumed it's because that phone was an old model so I invested in this very expensive samsung phone hoping that it will be better. But I feel like this new phone caused a lot of problems and inconvenience. I am very disapointed with it. But my dad, sister, mum, cousins and friends all have iphones and they don't have these problems. There were times, even my cousins laughed jokingly about my camera quality because they saw the the 5 lenses and thought it would take amazing pictures but the pictures were terrible. I have paid off this samsung phone's loan. I am going to buy an iphone in the future. Tbh I don't think I will buy a samsung again.

My Samsung galaxy S22 Ultra US version SM-908U is giving serious issues,
1. I can't make make calls with it once the phone restarted. I can't dial any USSD code except *#06#, every other USSD code will result to " Connection problem or invalid MMI Code"
Once someone dialed my number, will showing line busy but the Internet connection is working perfectly.
How can I resolve this problem, should it be software or hardware error. I really need solution. Any person with solution?
