I have this phone as my secondary. It's very bad. Not Viber or Huawei health work. On my third phone Galaxy j3 2016 viber atleast starts. The chipset is terrible. Not gonna spend half the price of phone on new scraeen as after throwing a pinecone a bit too fast, the screen cracked. Dont buy HMD Global phones. Miss the old Nokia.

Have had two Nokia phones, one was the best; Nokia Lumia and the other is the worst; Nokia 1.4. Only used it for the last two years and already very sluggish for basic stuff like texts whatsapp etc. Fingerprint/face recognition totally failing after all attempts to reboot reset et al. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Now will have to buy yet another phone - it won't be a nokia.

This is not a good phone from nokia. They made a big error by bringing out this piece of crap. I would not recommend it to any one as this phone will lead u to excessive drinking and aggressive behavior and most probably bad woman. Stay away.

It is a good phone. It has some good features that I enjoy.
The phone has its bug too, it freezes and some of it system features are not functional ; I'm guessing it's a factory error.
Over all I enjoy using it.

Got this for my grandmother, 32GB and 2GB version and I was hoping for an update to Android 12 Go since or will supposedly open apps up to 30% faster.. So no news on official update?

hi, am using Nokia 1.4 it's a great phone, superb battery. the only problem that it has its freezing, but I manage to hold the switch off button to restart it, then it becomes okay. i love it.

Received Android 11 update. Then I reset the phone. It auto-updated and that update crashed my phone. It does not light up and all methods to reset have failed. Useless phone.

I don't think it's good to expect so much from a cheap phone. But regarding how they slowly but precisely delivered the final Android versions for their low end phones with 1GB RAM. So I don't think they'll miss out on this phone
