I bought this phone yesterday, and for the price point it's great. It does 4G calls, it sends texts, it gets texts, it plays music and takes photos. What more could you literally want for this price?(also, not a lot of feature phones have an IP ...
In Romania, HMD phones are sold in physical stores like Altex, but only the feature phones unfortunately.

You didn't answer my question and this wasn't a matter of discussing if Nokia is a legend or not, that's up to anyone's opinion. I was genuinely interested in knowing so I can check if I can buy one, or anyone else for that matter...
