Today's big Poco launch wasn't all about just the F9 Pro and F9 Ultra. Obviously, the flagships got most of the attention, but the brand has also decided to finally make the 'vanilla' Poco X8 official for global markets, ahead of its Indian launch (where the X8 Power is joining it) in a few days.

The Poco X8 lands many months after the Pro and Pro Max, which both launched in March. The 'vanilla' model sports a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen with a 1280x2772 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3,500-nit peak brightness.

It's powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 SoC. On the rear there’s a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies you get a 16MP snapper. Keeping the lights on is an 8,340 mAh battery with support for 67W wired and 22.5W reverse wired charging. The battery is promised to last at least 1,600 charge cycles before the capacity drops below 80%.

The device will be offered in three RAM/storage configurations: 6/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB. In Europe, it seems like the Poco X8 will only be out with 256GB of storage. The model with 8GB of RAM is priced at €399.99, while the version with 12GB of RAM will cost €449.99. Early bird pricing is available for both: €319.99 and €359.99, respectively.

***ip69k*** learn from that samsung & apple

It's not really the point. I just said that the F7 Ultra was the first in Poco brand that started to have better cameras and not only had the priority in performance when that brand have been performance first and cut the price with not so good ...

Not only is there no longer an ultra-wide-angle sensor, but the main camera sensor is also noticeably inferior. This will be easily apparent in night/evening photos.
