Oppo's Reno17 series could launch next month with 200MP rear camera

Back in August, a rumor suggested that Oppo was testing a teleconverter lens for its upcoming Reno17 series. Now, a new leak claims that the lineup could launch in China as early as next month.

According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the Oppo Reno17 series is scheduled to launch in China next month.

Oppo Reno16 Pro and Reno16

The tipster claims that the lineup will include two models with different screen sizes. Both phones are also said to retain the AI button from the Reno16 and Reno16 Pro.

Additionally, the Reno17 series is tipped to feature a “trendy design” and a 200MP rear camera. The phones are also expected to offer new live video and photo editing features.

We expect more leaks about Oppo’s Reno17 series to emerge in the coming weeks.

three reno series in one year is too much! they're mostly the same specs anyway, they're just confusing the consumers

The Reno15 series and Reno16 series both came with 200mp cameras. They were both horrible value for money. I expect to see something similar here. I have given up on Oppo and it’s sub brands.
