    Also this is offical refurb. If you read the article, the battery is always new.
    If not mistaken it is the same for Apple renewed, battery is always new 100% health.
    Some other parts may be new also as in the article.

      Samsung set the prices almost the same as new ones, even though these phones still counts as secondhand.
      Meanwhile, for a year-old phone in mint condition and never been repaired, they only give less than half of its retail price for a trade-in.

        How are they changing the IMEI to pretend like it's a different phone? That should be illegal.

          Made from used good as new is the new motto for refurbrished things.
          THey can give 2 years of warranty but such product wont last even 6 months.
          First which always got problematic was batteries within 3 months, in 6 months iot was a screen which goes to black ann also charging ports. In 12 months motherboards got issues and once motherboard get issues you need a new device.

            Samsung knows people are turning toward older phone or used phone, that's why putting more effort in refurbished devices.

              Those prices are so WAY too high! "Maybe" if they came down 50% I would consider it! LOL

                  Even at the renewed price it is too high

                    Refurbrished in other made from ussed parts but for almost a same price as new device. No thanks not even for free.
                    Have a plenty of experiences with refurbrished Samsungs and Apple at mine company and word disgusting is really not enough to say.
